Refund Policy
1. General Rules for Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, especially the description of return conditions, timelines, and procedures.
2. Return eligibility and time limit

If the product is damaged, deteriorated, or has a malfunction, or other non-human quality problem, we will be responsible for the product within 7 days after arrival.
Wrong/missing goods The goods you received do not match the order or are missing. We will be responsible for the following within 7 days after the arrival of the goods.
According to the Consumer Protection Law, the following products do not support the return without reason: Not supported -
- Products customized by consumers (such as customized sizes, engraving, etc.);
- Fresh and perishable goods (such as food and fresh produce);
- Digital products downloaded online (e.g. e-books, software);
- delivered newspapers and periodicals;
- Other products that are not suitable for return based on their nature and confirmed by you at the time of purchase.
Seven-day no-reason return For products that support "seven-day no-reason return" (except for the above-mentioned products), you can apply for return without giving a reason. The product should be kept intact: unused, complete packaging, complete accessories, and tags intact (if any). You are responsible for the return within 7 days after arrival.
3. Return Process

2. Review and Confirmation: Our customer service will review your request. Once approved, we will email you a detailed return address and instructions. Please do not return the item to the original shipping address.
3. Returning the Product: Please return the product to the address provided. We recommend using a courier with tracking and keeping the tracking number for easy tracking. For returns without reason, please pay the shipping costs yourself. For quality issues or wrong shipments, we will usually arrange for a pickup or you can pay first and contact us for reimbursement with receipt.
4. Receipt and quality inspection: After we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them to confirm that the condition of the goods complies with the return and exchange policy.
5. Refund/Exchange:

5. Situations where returns and exchanges are not possible
We may not be able to process returns or exchanges for you in the following circumstances:

For products damaged during transportation, please file a claim with the logistics company immediately and contact us for assistance.
We are unable to provide return or exchange services for problems caused by improper use by the customer or non-product quality reasons.
