Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing the order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
